At Detsuki, we aim to provide a flexible and reliable shipping experience for all customers. Please review the following details about our shipping options, processing times, and estimated delivery times.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Options

We offer two Swiss Post shipping options to meet your needs:

  • A-Post (Priority)

    • Delivery Time: Usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch.
    • Ideal for: Customers who want their products quickly.

  • B-Post (Economy)

    • Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
    • Ideal for: Customers who prefer a budget-friendly shipping option.

Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Please note that delivery times are based on estimates from Swiss Post and may vary slightly depending on location and other external factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping option and will be displayed at checkout. We offer Free B-Post Shipping on order values over 180 CHF and offer additional upcharge for Priority or Signature shipping.

4. Shipping Limitations

  • Domestic Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Switzerland.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

5. Delays and External Factors

We work with Swiss Post to ensure timely delivery; however, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, postal service disruptions, or holiday peak periods. We appreciate your understanding in these instances.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please document this by recording a video of the unboxing and contact us promptly for assistance. In the unlikely event of a lost package, please reach out so we can work with Swiss Post to locate it and arrange a suitable solution.
