How do we handle preorders?

We handle preorders differently from our competitors.
Approximately 3–4 months before a set is released, we can place orders with our suppliers. However, final product allocations are not guaranteed, making early preorders challenging to manage.
Around 1–2 months before the release date, we receive confirmation of our final allocation. At this point, we open our preorders.
What are the benefits of this approach?
Simply put: What you order is what you will receive.
By waiting until we have confirmed stock, we eliminate the risk of order cancellations and refund processing for preorders. This ensures a more reliable experience for you as a customer and greater stability for us as a retailer.
